Fuel Reimbursement
While on assignment, you can reimburse fuel purchases through Concur. Make sure you save your receipts.
Rental Car Upgrades
Amazon pays for a standard-sized rental car for the duration of your assignment. If you would like an upgrade, you are responsible for the costs associated.
If You're Asked for Payment
At rental return: If you return the rental and the rental agency asks for a card for the charges, please reach out to the Assimilation Team via the Submit a Request form.
After your assignment: If you receive an invoice for your rental car after your assignment is over, please reach out to the Assimilation Team via the Submit a Request form.
