In the event something mechanical happens with your rental car, please alert the rental car company immediately. They should be able to work with you by getting you into another rental vehicle.
Roadside Assistance
If you break down, roadside assistance is included with the Amazon contract for our rental cars. Roadside assistance contact information can be found in your rental car contract. If you run into any issues when requesting roadside assistance, please contact the Assimilation Team via the Submit a Request form.
Long-Term Assignments
Please note: If you are on an assignment for more than 30 days, the rental company may require you to bring your car in for service or request a report of the current mileage.
