Amazon maintains a corporate rental car agreement with Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC (ABCR), which includes both Avis Rent A Car System, LLC and Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. This agreement provides Amazon employees with primary auto liability insurance coverage when renting vehicles for business purposes.

When driving an Avis/Budget rental vehicle for business purposes, the following primary auto liability insurance is provided:

• Bodily Injury: $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident
• Property Damage: $50,000

In addition, Avis/Budget provides a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract agreement.

• Coverage applies only when the rental is for business purposes.
• The insurance is primary, meaning it responds before any personal auto insurance policy.
• The Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) covers damage to the rental vehicle itself, subject to contract terms.
• Both Avis and Budget rentals are covered under this corporate agreement.
