All AD1/LEW travel and hotel accommodations need to be booked through the travel form that was emailed to you. You can reach out to ops-ltd-na@amazon.com with any questions related to AD1 or LEW travel.
If you are unable to secure a same day flight, please contact your recruiter, who can assist in rescheduling your AD1/LEW as needed. Please do not book any travel or hotel accommodation until you receive the email. Anything booked outside of the process would need to be canceled. You'll receive an email with schedule and further information closer to the event date.
