Airport Considerations
When submitting travel applications, travelers must carefully consider whether their departure airport will be different from their return airport due to relocation. This information should be included in the initial application to ensure proper itinerary planning.
Forgotten Location Changes
If a traveler receives an itinerary and realizes they forgot to indicate their location change, they need to:
- Submit a request to the Assimilation Team as soon as possible to change airports
- Use the Submit a Request form to notify the team of the airport change
Important Limitations
Travel Dates Cannot Be Changed for Relocation
It's critical to understand that we do not change travel dates to accommodate relocation needs. Travel dates are pre-approved and only launch managers have the authority to change dates.
