Online Check-In
You can check into your flight online 24 hours before departure. Most airlines have apps available for download that can make this process smoother.
Please arrive at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight.
Getting to and from the Airport
While you will have a rental car available for pickup once you reach your destination site, you are encouraged to use ground transportation (Uber, Lyft, taxi) to and from the airport. This expense is reimbursable.
You also have the option to drive to the airport and use long-term parking. Please keep in mind that airport parking is an out-of-pocket expense and could accumulate over the duration of your assignment.
Checked Baggage
Checked bags are not included in your ticket cost. You must pay checked bag fees out of pocket initially, and these fees can be expensed (up to two checked bags each way).
