The Site Has Changed the Dates
There are some instances that require a launch date to push or assignment dates to change. In the event this occurs:
How you'll be notified:
- Your home site PXT POC will communicate the changes and provide you with an updated offer letter
- Your Assimilation Coordinator will also reach out via email or text to inform you of the new travel dates
If you can no longer commit to the new assignment dates: Please inform your home site PXT POC and Assimilation Coordinator via the Submit a Request form.
Updated itinerary: You will receive an updated itinerary with the new date changes. Please make sure you are looking over your itinerary so all dates and locations are correct.
I Want to Change the Dates Due to Personal Reasons
For STA assignments: Your dates are pre-approved and submitted by launch managers. Assimilation Coordinators are not authorized to change dates. If you need different dates, please reach out to your launch site leadership and they can partner with the launch manager to have a change submitted. The Assimilation Team cannot help you with this request.
For Away Team assignments: The dates in your offer letter are the dates we will honor. These dates cannot be adjusted. If you are unable to support the dates in your offer letter, please let the Assimilation Team know that you are unable to support the assignment.
