Flight Issues
DELAYED
Airline rebooks you automatically.
Assimilation will not change flights for simple delays. If severely delayed or rescheduled to next day, contact Assimilation for other options.
CANCELLED
Before airport: Call airline customer service, check the app, or call BCD at 1-833-598-4764 to get rebooked. If you can't get rebooked, submit a Zendesk ticket.
At airport: Go to gate agent to rebook.
MISSED
At airport: Go to gate agent to rebook.
Not at airport yet: Call BCD at 1-833-598-4764 to get another flight.
✔ Rebooked SAME DAY
You're good. Proceed to new gate. No action needed.Only reach out to Assimilation if your rebooking departs past 8pm.
➤ Rebooked NEXT DAY
1. Ask airline for a hotel voucher (if not at home)2. Submit Zendesk ticket with new flight info + whether airline booked a hotel
3. No hotel from the airline? Note this in the ticket and Assimilation will get one booked for you
Do NOT sleep at the airport overnight. If stranded after 11pm, use the Zendesk emergency call option.

Normal: Present license → Get keys → Pay $0 → Decline extra insurance
